Customers may request cancellation of Ready-Made product orders before dispatch.

2. Cancellation – Custom-Made and Designer Wear

Custom-Made, Made-to-Order, and Personalised Designer Wear products are prepared according to individual customer requirements.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before custom production or personalisation begins.

Once production or customisation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Customers should carefully confirm the following before placing an order:
